Yes, you can send the box as a gift to someone else. All you need to do is enter a different shipping address at the checkout page.

No, the survey is a customer opinion for our production teams consideration. The data collected help determine what we include in future boxes.
Please note that items not selected may appear in future boxes.

You will get billed automatically the first time you order. However, once the order is renewed you will be charged on the 20th of every month.

The cut off for orders is the last day of each month. Meaning that if you order on the 20th of April you will receive May's box. If you order on the 3rd of May, you will receive June's box. We ship all the boxes between the 4th and 8th of each month.

We use Canada post or Canpar for Canada, USPS for US and Asendia for the rest of the world!

Yes, when we ship your order you will be able to track it with the email confirmation and tracking information.

Yes, our boxes are very discreet and you will get billed under the name "S.P. subscription LTD"

Send us an email at info@seductivepleasurebox.com, with your first name, last name and email address. We'll cancel the next subscription provided it hasn't already shipped. If it has already shipped that will be the last one you receive.

Seductive Pleasure is not responsible for any custom fees. Generally, buyers pay the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. Import charges can vary widely but are most commonly based on the price, type of item, package weight, dimensions, origin country, taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country.

Once your subscription has renewed refunds are not issued. Apologies for any inconvenience, but with the volume of subscribers we cannot issue these. Once you cancel your subscription you will no longer be charged.

Once you have signed up and are charged for a shipment the billing automatically generates and refunds are not given. We know this might be an inconvenience and we apologize.

Once you receive a shipping notification boxes have already been dropped off at the post office. If a box is returned, buyer (You) are responsible for paying return shipping to get your package.

Buyer (you) is responsible to pay the shipping costs associated with the re-shipment of the package.

Once a tracking number shows that a package has been delivered, there is nothing that we can do, refund cannot be given. Please contact your local post office and see if they can offer any help. Please take a look around your front door as the postal service worker may have hid it under/behind rocks, bushes, etc.
